In this picture I’ve used PhotoShop to interpret the hypothetical development plan below. It’s important to remember that if the commissioners don’t agree to buy the islands, the area where we paddle through the mangrove tunnels will probably be completely filled in, as depicted in the drawing below from an appraisal done for the owners.
